OUR STUD STALLION – LOCKINGE FREDERICK
(31.05.08) Fred has been with Henry O'Toole in Clifden, and
returns to us this week-end

Frederick has been owned by us since he was six months old, when
he was purchased from a good friend, his, breeder, the late Mrs.
Hester Knight. He has been used extensively in our stud, and
although we do not show a lot, Fred was top of the sire ratings
in 2006. He has had many good offspring who have been
successful at major shows. , including Eastlands Burniebrae who
won Royal Dublin and the Royal Show, and Glendearg who was
selected for the Junior Canadian Dressage Team, and Micklebrae
who won his class at the Royal International Horse Show in 2006.
Mr and Mrs
Fred is by the famous Atlantic Swirl and who was one of the
best of his generation owned by Miss Ginette Mason. Swirl is
the sire of two premium stallions (Fred and his half brother Top
Cat) standing in Britain, and of the Glenwood stallion
Rosenharley Laughris. He is out of the premium mare Faddiley
Flora.
